Accurate Billing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Receive clear and transparent invoices and information regarding fees, service scope, and payment terms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Access to Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Request information relating to services being performed and receive reasonable updates regarding work completed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Respectful Treatment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Be treated fairly, professionally, and respectfully by all members of the RV Shared team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Provide Complete and Accurate Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information necessary for the performance of services.<br \/>\nRV Shared will rely upon information supplied by the client and is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or delayed information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Provide Information in a Timely Manner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit requested documentation, records, approvals, and responses within agreed timeframes.<br \/>\nDelays in providing information may impact project timelines and service delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Maintain Proper Records<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maintain appropriate business records and supporting documentation required for accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, compliance, and reporting purposes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Review Deliverables<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Review reports, reconciliations, payroll summaries, financial statements, management reports, and other deliverables promptly and advise RV Shared of any concerns or discrepancies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Notify Us of Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inform RV Shared promptly of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business structure changes<\/li>\n<li>Ownership changes<\/li>\n<li>Contact detail changes<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory changes affecting the business<\/li>\n<li>Significant operational changes<\/li>\n<li>Changes affecting service requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. Maintain System Access<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide and maintain necessary access to software, systems, portals, and applications required to perform agreed services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Protect Credentials<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maintain the confidentiality and security of passwords, user credentials, authentication devices, and system access permissions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Comply with Applicable Laws<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Remain responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, taxation obligations, employment obligations, licensing requirements, and regulatory requirements relevant to the business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Pay Fees on Time<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pay invoices in accordance with agreed payment terms and engagement agreements.<\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">@media only screen and (max-width:1024px) filings<\/li>\n<li>Payroll approvals<\/li>\n<li>Employee management decisions<\/li>\n<li>Compliance obligations<\/li>\n<li>Business strategy decisions<\/li>\n<li>Banking and payment approvals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RV Shared acts as a service provider and support partner and does not assume responsibility for decisions made by the client based upon information
